The following terms and conditions apply directly to all our services available online, by e-mail or by telephone. By using our website, email and telephone to make a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated here. The contents of these pages and the online booking service provided on the website are owned and operated by Laguna Nuferilor Guesthouse.
By using the resources available on https://laguna-nuferilor.ro you are entering into a legally binding contractual relationship with us and we will interact directly with you. by sending a confirmation e-mail on behalf of the guesthouse.
All prices are shown in lei including VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated on our website or in the confirmation e-mail, other times of the year or special program packages with prices will be mentioned at the time of their running.
Cancel/change reservation
By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the cancellation/no-show policy and other additional terms mentioned that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including the services performed and products offered by the hostel.
Reservations are for a minimum of 2 nights.
In order to cancel a reservation without penalty a minimum of 14 days prior notice by email or phone.
Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.
Methods of payment
Accepted payment types: cash on site, bank transfer, POS card on site (+ vacation cards).
You can pay online with your personal or company credit card, in complete security.
The cards accepted for payment are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have code CVV2/CVC2).
No additional fees are charged for transactions.
Card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by PlatiOnline.

Whatever currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.
For online credit card payment, the transaction will appear on the statement with the name LAGUNA-NUFERILOR.
In the case of an eligible cancellation under the above mentioned conditions of a card transaction carried out online, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount on the customer’s account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
Holiday vouchers/vacation cards
For vacation card payments, you are required by law to provide us with the CNP of the cardholder for the generation of the e-invoice. For details here.
The economic operators with tourism activity in Romania, which own classified tourist accommodation facilities and/or licensed tourist agencies and which accept holiday vouchers as a means of payment, are called affiliated establishments. They are obliged to report the invoices issued to the holders of holiday vouchers also in the national electronic invoice system RO e-Factura, from April 1, 2022. The beneficiary of the invoice can be any natural person, who identifies himself/herself with the CNP/NIF .
Users
By accessing the website and the services through which you submit your personal data in order to make a reservation, you agree to the following:

– personal data to be used for a fixed period of maximum 2 years for further contact

Booking conditions
The availability of the accommodation will be made through the real time availability form available on the website or by e-mail/phone. The reservation through the website is automatically confirmed instantly by e-mail. By other means of communication is confirmed by a representative of the guesthouse.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the guesthouse, only in the specially designated areas on the terraces/outdoors.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms/bathrooms or any other indoor rooms.
Parking
Parking is free of charge at the hostel and is under video surveillance 24/7.
Safety of personal belongings
We do not assume any responsibility for items forgotten or lost in the hostel.
If they are found in the room or common areas they can be sent by courier to the address mentioned.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.
Kayaking
All kayaking trips are for a fee and are not guided. They are at the renter’s own risk for the entire duration.
Electric heated whirlpool bathtub
The use of the crib is at cost and is determined at the location according to duration and occupancy. We want all customers to equally enjoy the facilities we can offer.
Modifications
Pensiunea Laguna Nuferilor may update its terms and conditions and may revise procedures to improve the services offered at any time without prior notice.
Pension Laguna Nuferilor reserves the right to refuse or block access to part or all of the functions of the site and to restrict the request or processing of a reservation, in the event of suspected fraud by users, including if they have a behavior that causes damage of any kind to Pension Laguna Nuferilor.
We consider that any person who benefits from the services of our guesthouse is aware of the terms and conditions mentioned above and has tacitly accepted them or through the various measures of their mandatory confirmation (Terms and Conditions + Privacy Policy) through the booking process or contact form.
