1. Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total stay, paid online through Revolut Pay. The remaining 50% is paid on arrival, by card or cash, with a fiscal receipt issued.
Minimum 2 nights. Check-in: 14:00. Check-out: 11:00.
2. Cancellation
Free cancellation at least 14 days before the arrival date — we refund the advance payment in full. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: the advance payment is retained. This is a commercial policy; the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(l) Directiva 2011/83/UE — accommodation services).
3. Guest identification
Under HG 237/2001, we record the identity data of all guests on arrival. To shorten the process, we send an online check-in link by email 3 days before arrival — you can fill in the data and upload photos of the documents in advance.
4. Liability and damages
The guest is responsible for damage caused to the space or facilities during the stay. Complaints should be addressed directly to the administrator or, under OUG 38/2015, through ANPC SAL (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
5. Applicable law
The contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Tulcea or, alternatively, through ANPC SAL / EU ODR.
