How much is the booking deposit?
50 % of the total booking amount, paid online through Revolut Pay. The balance (50 %) is paid on arrival.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge at least 14 days before your arrival date. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum 2 nights.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in 14:00, check-out 11:00. If your schedule is different, call us and we will see how we can help.
Do you have parking?
Yes, free, video-monitored parking in the courtyard. We also have an EV charging station.
Do you accept pets?
Please call us before booking; we discuss it case by case.
Can we check in online?
Yes. 3 days before arrival, we send you an email with a link where you can enter the details for all guests and upload their ID documents. This helps shorten the formalities on arrival.
How do we get there?
Somova is 10 km from Tulcea, on the E87 heading north. Exact address: Sălciilor 6A, Somova. There is a Google Maps guide, and WhatsApp is available for route questions.
